The tu-tu

I borrowed my sisters camera yesterday and took some pre-photo shoot pictures. I am trying to decide how to have Kenadie's hair and what bow to use and I thought taking some pictures would help me decide. I borrowed my sisters good camera and like always it leaves me wishing I could have a nice camera. I don't have any desire to try and be a professional photographer, but I would like to take great everyday pictures of their lives. Mark wasn't very happy that she didn't have a shirt on. I kept telling him, "she is just a baby it doesn't matter". But he would reply, "she is a baby, but a baby girl who should have a shirt." I ignored him but I am curious what others think about the no shirt. Anyway, here are a few of the best pictures!

Davis is 10

How time flies. It is still hard to believe I have a 10 year old. It is fun watching him want to do things on his own now. Last year we had a FHE on how to change bike tires. Davis was upset at how hard it was and didn't want to try. However, this summer he requested to be taught again insisting he had to learn in case Dad wasn't around to do it. He has also had me teach him how make grilled cheese sandwiches, ramen noodles and chocolate pie. Today I taught him how to sort laundry. Someday he is going to make a great husband just like Mark! Happy Birthday Davis, I LOVE YOU!!!

Davis asked his Aunt Hilary to make him pie for his birthday. She made coconut/chocolate cream pie and Davis loved it.
